Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 20 Gooseberries slited


  • 3 Green chilies


  • 1 + tsps Salt to taste


  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar


  • 2 1/2 cups Water

Directions

  • Boil water and salt.
  • Once it starts boiling add slited gooseberries and chillies.
  • Boil 4-5 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Let it come to room temperature.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Store in air tight bottle and refrigerate for the flavours to be induced.
